I don't think that this new desktop design will be taking over for the standard Windows desktop any time soon, but I do respect the designers' willingness to try something different with what has become the default mode for 90% of the computers in the world.I am really intrigued by the organizational style and seeming naturalness of the piling options, but I think the learning curve of using the click and drag stuff would be pretty steep, and it looks like it might only work with a stylus on a pressure-sensitive screen.
Neat stuff, though...
