Finally!

Reading some of the trades out there is easy. For Daredevil, for example, you look for the volume that has the number one on the spine. Read it, move on to number two.

That works for lots of the comics - JLA, X-Men, the full Ultimate line - but not for everything. Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, for example have no nubered volumes, and the names don't do much to tell anybody what comes before another.

Thankfully, someone out on the interweb (elfie) has gone through and done a phenomenally thorough job of producing an annotated timeline of trade paperbacks for Batman, Superman, Infinite Crisis (which I need to start working my way through), and Hellblazer (which I've never read any of).

I know this isn't going to be helpful to everyone, but for those of us who are in the new category of wait-for-trad-ers, this is a boon.
