Look to the skies tonight

A second snow day in a week...amazing...

More amazing, however, will be tonight's fifty-minute total lunar eclipse - starting around 10pm here in the Eastern time zone.

Check out NASA's page for all the details, but do make sure to look to the heavens if the weather's clear by then.

Awesome! Thanks for passing this along. The skies are supposed to clear tonight after the morning of the white death...this will be a nice treat!

I'm excited for it...and laughing at your snow day, with all three inches of snow.

Today's snow day was all about timing...it was nasty...till about 10:00 in the morning...

best kind of snow day ever.

PS - Hey Chemguy, I'm digging the fact that my RSS feed from you no longer contains the "Cya in March, folks" title...that was too sad to look at...

I hope the IU basketball situation is at the top of your stories, too. If I remember correctly, were you kind of wishy-washy on Sampson in the first place? Or just excited to get Mikey D out of there?

Make that snow days since this is our third in two weeks...freaky...

No worries, folks, I promise to come back strong when march rolls around...

Oh, the IU basketball situation is huge on my mind of late...no worries there, either

Seriously...a $750,000 agreement at this point. The man's getting paid for cheating...dying to hear your thoughts on this one, Chemguy...and I'm lucky enough to have heard a majority of your thoughts on things last weekend...so I can't wait to hear what you're thinking now that he's settled and IU is rid of the cheater.
