No Fair!!!!!! I was trying to figure out which backward country (or state) still had segregation in 1996! Then again, I don't think I would have been closer if it would have said 1896. Interesting stuff.
My apologies. I had the year correct when I first wrote it, then I erased and moved it over for the pic, apparently changing 1896 to 1996.
