I hate the Girl Scouts

I can come up with a hundred reasons to hate the Girl Scouts, but today I offer just two.

Number one, they've moved their cookie campaign up by almost three weeks, almost exactly swamping PHS's opportunities to collect donations at any Kroger store in the area.

And, exhibit b, they are - for the umpteenth time - decreasing they already pathetic value of their cookies.

I actually read that very strip earlier today.

I wanted to send an e-mail to thank you for donating to our Special Olympics polar bear plunge, but I couldn't find an e-mail address anywhere, so I'm just going to say it here.

Thanks.

The diabetic spiel never works. Neither does Dad's high cholesterol excuse.

Sorry that they're hogging all the donations. Although, when I was a wee Girl Scout, I did meet a fellow Scout who had leukemia. That's hard to compete with.

Lakes, stick with Nutter Butters.

Calen - dang straight...steer the man away from the non-Girl Scout cookies

Mr Echt - odd coincidences - the very same episode or just generally Penny Arcade?

Kyle - it's a pleasure. If you ever need my email, hit over to the school webpage from my list of links. It's on every one of those pages, down at the bottom.

Emily - nice new profile photo...and the excuses that the cookies are bad for you don't work, agreed - if people buy cookies, it's not the Girl Scouts' fault...I'm sorry to hear that a Girl Scout you knew had leukemia, but that's all the better reason to give to Pasta for Pennies (thanks for the check in the mail, by the way)
