I really don't understand what's happenning at Alinea in Chicago, and odds are pretty good that I never will because it qualifies as one of the most expensive restaurants around.That being said, I am amazingly curious and have been since I read this article in Food & Wine magazine over the summer. There are also a few other reviews out there, one of which in particular shows pictures of what some of the menu items look like.
