They weren't the first

Today's Seeqpod playlist - cover versions...I tried to keep myself to no more than two by any single artist, but I broke that for Johnny Cash (and maybe another somewhere along the way - Seeqpod doesn't sort)...

SeeqPod - Playable Search

This is killing me. I've got Seeqpod playlists already stacked up for the next couple of Saturdays, but I'm trying to be good an offer them on my self-imposed Saturday-only schedule.

Be strong, Chemguy...think of the time it'll save you when you've got a weekend of notebooks and AP Chem practice tests and the need to buy Wacky Olympics supplies staring at you, you'll still be pleasing the dedicated followers of your blog with a premade Seeqpod playlist...planning ahead is NEVER a bad thing...

It's good to be ahead, but it's still killing me to not drop them all in the next few days, make it an all-Seeqpod week...

but I'm going to be strong...

Hazy Shade of Winter is one of my all time favorite songs

calling hendrix's all along the watchtower a cover seems to be selling it a little short...

like sure... it is... but...

its like calling syrup simply a "condiment"

I first heard "Hazy Shade of Winter" as the Bangles...didn't know it was a cover for a couple of years afterwards...

"All Along the Watchtower" is a cover...Dylan wrote and recorded it first...admittedly, Hendrix's version is far and away more well-known by most folks, but it fits the theme...
