Who is the only NFL player to have at least twenty passing and ten rushing touchdowns in the same season?

Michael Vick needs one rushing TD today to join the club.
I guessed Randall Cunningham. Turns out he never had more than six in a season. Apparently only six pro QBs have ever had ten or more rushing TDs in a single season.
