Apparently the PHS girls basketball team is kinda good this year.
The top player is a freshman named Kelsey Mitchell. I guess she's kinda good, too, or at least ESPN's website says she is.
Tonight the PHS girls (#1 in the city) takes on Sycamore (#2 in the city) in a probably conference title match-up.
Anybody wanna see some hoops?

care to post the score once the game is over?
Happily, PHS 64-Sycamore 42.
Mitchell scored fourteen in the first quarter but only had five more the rest of the game as she sat probably a quarter and a half due to leg cramps. Once PHS opened up the defense with (I think) five first-half three-pointers, they spent the rest of the game dumping the ball into their center who ended up with twenty-one points.
Sycamore didn't help their case by missing eleven free-throws.
Overall, a solid beat-down. The stats are online here.
