It appears that a few bloggers are paying attention to what's being reported about the conflict in Lebanon. The photo shown at right - which looks pretty obviously doctored once the fact is pointed out - was exposed by a number of bloggers as being highly doctored, eventually forcing Reuters to withdraw the photo and admit the doctoring though they say that they were not the ones who doctored the photo.It also appears that a number of bloggers are questioning the veracity of photos used to tell the story of Hizbullah in other ways. The claims are that many of the photos showing the devestation is Lebanon have been either miscaptioned or outrightly staged. The problem seems to be pretty prevelant, and I'm surprised to see that there hasn't been more reported.
Thankfully, some bloggers have chosen a little more sarcastic take on things.
